The staff is amiable and very nice. Good and comfortable location. - Parking nearby. - Every time we stay in Matosinhos, we like to stay here.

Stunning location very close to an old fortress which had an interesting history, very very nice staff, everything was great. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge.

The location of this guesthouse is fantastic, with the airport just a short drive away and the beach within walking distance. the nearby metro station makes it easy to explore the city. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and lovely, providing a comfortable stay.

The walls are thin, which may lead to some noise disturbances from other guests. with such great location and amenities, this minor inconvenience should not overshadow all the positives this guesthouse offers.

I had a fantastic stay at Genius Loci Guesthouse in Matosinhos. The small self-catering apartment was lovely, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to transport links into Porto. The communication before my arrival was excellent, and I appreciated the little touches like tea bags and a bottle of port. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a great stay in Matosinhos.

The walls were a bit thin, so noise from other guests could be heard, but it didn't impact my overall experience. Also, check-in could be improved as there was no one present when I arrived and I had to wait to get access to the guesthouse.

Stayed at a B&B with a charming garden and free WiFi. Close to a park, museum, and beach. Impressed by the smell of the room and quality soap! Comfy bed.

Oh, and how could I forget, the pleasure of going to another floor for the toilet and shower! Such a delight.
